I may be wron...A lovely finish to your pages, Lee!<br /><br />I may be wrong but I think I know what that circle thingy is because I used one ages ago from scraps around the house. I cut it from one of the sides of those plastic peg baskets you put together yourself and hang on the clothesline. The peg basket had deteriorated from the sunlight so I cut away the circular side piece which looks a lot like the one in your pic.
